Extremly noisy environment, be it from people sitting outside or paperthin walls.

I’ve been staying at this hotel regularly and have always appreciated the excellent location, outstanding customer service, and overall quality of your accommodations. It’s been my go-to choice whenever I’m in the area. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay this past weekend, I encountered an issue I’ve never experienced before. I found what appeared to be roaches or bedbugs in my room. I immediately reported this to the front desk and submitted photos as requested. I was told that someone would follow up with me, but it has now been nearly a week and I have yet to hear back. As a loyal guest, I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of response. I would appreciate an update on how this situation is being handled, and what steps the hotel is taking to address it.

Someone walked into our room before check out time! It is a total breach of security

It was very good. Only thing we could find out is either bathtub or toilet was leaking

Great property and staff accommodating.

The bed was comfortable but ended up seeing tiny bugs don’t know where they came from so upset and the shower was horrible water was everywhere. Under the bed was filthy they don’t clean properly I’m glad I brought cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom.

I like the location and staff was friendly. The next morning after our first night we discovered that the comforter was soiled with human secretions. We alerted staff and they were prompt to remove the comforter from our room and replaced it with a clean comforter. A robe was left hanging on the bathroom door with leads me to think housekeeping doesn’t thoroughly check the rooms. Pool close so early we didn’t get a chance to use it. We will give it another shot when we travel back to the area.

The water did not drain in tub , toilet did not flush well and toilet leaked. The A/C woke me up through the night because it rattled on and off.

Good stay it had lot of shopping places close by and restaurants
