Outdated, the tub had rust and the carpet was awful, no working iron even when they brought me a new one

I stayed four nights. This hotel is much below Hampton Inn standards and is very overdue for a renovation. Hallway walls need painting, and the carpet is stained. Breakfast was ok, but I had to wait for coffee several times. There were no paper napkins several days, only a roll of brown paper ones. My digital room key didn’t work when I arrived. My room wasn’t cleaned the second day. When I asked about it l was told the crew had to clock out at a certain time. No apology was given. The thermostat on the wall had a piece of paper taped to it with handwriting saying to use the unit controls. One of the three hooks in the bathroom was missing leaving a hole in the wall. There are stains on upholstery in the room and the lobby. My room was across from the maids room and the laundry carts were left in the hallway at night.

Convenient

Property very tired. Thank goodness they are renovating starting on top floor. However we were on first floor. Room was clean. Beds good but everything very worn and tired. The common areas very tired. Should close and finish complete renovation. Not worth the the money spent.

Breakfast was really good. We will come back

Hayley was very nice and helpful. She made us feel welcomed. She was GREAT! Loved my name on the TV! The snacks were great for our road trip! The shower was nice!

Our room had a smell, but it got better with the fan and air conditioning on, not musty, not from smoke, maybe just stale... The carpet in the halls was very dirty, it wouldn't take very much to clean them, it could look and smell so much better! Bathroom door was awkward and heavy to use. It also slammed shut a few times and was loud when people were sleeping
