"Highly recommend!"

We had an awesome stay here. We arrived in the dark and the hotel is right off the highway and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was breakfast! Lots of good choices, hot, fresh food, even gluten free bagels. The dining area was very clean and the staff person was efficient and friendly.

Great location in Plattsburgh. Close to restaurants , gas stations and shopping, good breakfast options , friendly staff . Clean and comfortable room. A little pricey for one night but the area suited my purposes for crossing into Canada after 9 hours of driving .

"Clean and easy"

Clean room, friendly staff. Pool was clean. Easy in and easy out. No homeless people around.... Near restaurants and dining. Right off off the highway.

"Holiday Express was adequate, but housekeeping needs to step it up."

Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was adequate. We stayed here four nights. Unfortunately the housekeeping staff had to be notified for the three nights we were there to get our room cleaned, beds made ,and towels replaced. Priority should be given to customers who are here for longer stays. We returned to our room late in the afternoon on all days and were disappointed to see that our room had not been attended to.
