We had two rooms and we had very different experiences. One room was perfect. The temperature was right. Everything was clean the second room, however was occupied when we got into it! Then when we complained, the person did not believe us and moved a different room after realizing we were correct. The separate room was without hot water and was very hot and not as clean as the other no one ever apologized nor did they accommodate us in anyway.
