breakfast was great with plenty of options. Only issue was the sink in our room did not drain adequately. Ver slow as if there was a clog.

Great location to shopping and dining. We were in town visiting family who attends college in Plattsburgh. Clean hotel and cleans rooms. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Bathroom is small with a shower and toilet, sink is in the room. This hotel offers AAA and Veterans discounts!! Atmosphere when nice, and staff were very friendly and accommodating! We definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if in town.

"nice renovations, terrible neighbors/guests."

check in was easy and fast. The breakfast area was clean, nice variety of food and drinks. The rooms were clearly renovated and it had nice furnishings.

I was placed in a room that had an adjoining door to the next room. As a single woman, this made me uncomfortable. They placed me on the first floor near the barbecues / sitting area which made me feel a certain type of way. When I arrived to my room in the evening, the person in the adjoining room was watching TV loudly. I didn't think much of it until it was past 1am. At 3am, someone bursted through the entrance/exit door, drunkenly yelling and slamming doors. Then the volume of the TV nextdoor became even LOUDER at 4/5am. I had enough, I YELLED through the flimsy adjoining door, exhausted out of my mind. I had told the front desk about my experience and all she did was shrug and say "sorry". For future reference, if you have a single woman checking into a room, don't put her on the first floor and ESPECIALLY do not put her in a room with an adjoining door. I will not be staying here again, even though the location was perfect for my needs.
