The free breakfast was phenomenal. The mattresses were great. The kids liked the pool. Free wifi. Pool.

Not your fault out of your control, but the pool usage was great until a family of about 10 people showed up and had no respect for anyone else in the pool actually had a couple that was swimming laps, get up and leave because the kids almost jumped on that while they were swimming very rude and disrespectful towards space coming in between people yelling and screaming

Oh my goodness. This poor hotel, I know that good people are hard to find, but maybe they should close vs. allowing a hotel to operate when it is clear that they have such low standards. Or maybe pay them more? It is sort of like a homeless shelter. The level of cleanliness in the room was shocking: blood on the towels, goop on the pillows, a vape pen under the bed, with weed gummies, and bottles under the bed, food all over the floor. We foolishly assumed that the room had just not been cleaned, accidentally, so they allowed us to change rooms, and sadly, there was very little improvement in the new room. The new room was just as filthy. I went to wash my hands after picking up all the food on the floor, and the cleaning staff must have put lotion in the bottle marked hand soap. I let them know at the desk, and they assumed that I just didn't know how to operate the dispensers. Yikes. Plus, it was one of those weekends where the hotel is full of kids at a hockey tournament, and the yelling and shouting in the hallways after midnight was not good. And so, my recommendation is to avoid it at all costs. It is a less expensive option, so in this case, if you bring your own sheets, cleaning supplies, do not eat at the breakfast area, don't drink the coffee (tastes like chalk), or interact with the employees who are so disinterested in their jobs you feel bad just saying hello to them, you might be ok. The parking was free.
