Yellow stain on bed spread, outlets in hotel room and fitness room with wires coming out of the wall. Pool was closed ( never mentioned when I made the reservation) I was planing to use the pool.

Parking was decent, sidewalks could have been shoveled a bit more as loading in and out was tricky, by far not the worst. The woman at the front desk was sweet and got us checked in quickly. Breakfast was fine, no issues really. The room however was pretty gross, pretty much every aspect. Shower leaked, floors had not seen a vacuum, beds were made but not fully clean. Gross stains everywhere. Vents on the heat/ac unit were filthy. Hallway was gross as was the elevator. If they are that under staffed those prices should come way down I would never expect such a short staff to be able to maintain that place.

The hotel room that we were originally put in was absolutely disgusting not even cleaned bedsheets filled with hair poop all over the toilet bowls, hair all over showers. They moved us to a second room. We had to have them come up with fresh sheets, cause there was hair all over them. The lights were not working. We only had the lights between the beds. The bathroom was filled with hair, no towels or washcloths were provided. We had to go down and ask for them. The pool was so heavily coordinated that you had children coming out of the pool and throwing up in the garbage can guess we’re using used dirty pool towels out of the laundry hamper because there were no new towels provided to anyone several customers complained about how dangerous the pool was where no one could enjoy it. There was blood on our pillow two pillowcases missing there was hair and food all over the carpet the microwaves are disgusting. We couldn’t heat up our youngest macaroni and cheese because of how dirty they were the refrigerators were not wiped out either filled with food spilled drinks, applesauce, underneath one of the beds. The coffee makers were not cleaned out, moldy coffee left in the Keurig tray. A heavy layer of dust above the beds and lights. You can’t miss it. You automatically see it because it’s so heavy.
