Large sneaker print on the fitted sheet on my bed. This was not a stain and would have come out if the sheets had been washed and changed.

Biggest problem- hotel is in the middle of an office plaza. NO lighted sign at entrance!!! Pouring rain and I drove around on one way streets for 45 min before I found driveway in the pitch dark. Arrived tired, frustrated and VERY angry. Also worst mini market ever. Ended up with disgusting Chef Boyardee microwave lasagna and Doritos for dinner. Not about to go out again in freezing rain. Do better!!!

I like the variety of the eggs and meat from one day to the next (having a turkey sausage option is great). We enjoyed the yogurt, walnuts and raisins. We also liked the hot cinnamon buns and the chocolate milk and the pancake station for the kids - great breakfast options, especially that it is included in the price. The location was great, one quick route to downtown to the Strong Museum of Play. Also, not far from restaurants by car and the proximity to the highway was helpful. The staff all went above and beyond to help us solve any problem.issue that came up, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the temperature of the pool - some hotel pools are too cool to even swim in but my kids were able to enjoy this pool every day. (a bathroom in the pool area would be helpful).

The first room we went into smelled like smelly feet and then there was a hint of it in the bathroom in the next room. We asked about house keeping upon arrival and were told that they come every day however they never came to our room during our stay so we had to seek out towels, fresh cups, etc ourselves. We have kids and they snacked in the room so we would have appreciated a vacuum every day and fresh towels. Things seems to keep breaking at this hotel (didn't impact us too much thankfully, but it was suprising how often something wasn't working) For example, they couldn't get our fob to work on the pool lock, one elevator broke down (was working that evening), ice machine on our floor out of order, the front door had an issue, the pancake machine stopped working on morning, mostly small things that didn't really disrupt our stay.

None of the sidewalks were shoveled or cleaned, cleanliness of the room

The young woman who checked me in and the woman who checked me out were fantastic

Attention to cleaning-the mirrors and sink were smeared, toilet could have been cleaned and there was something that looked sticky on the bedside table. Breakfast seemed like it was reheated from days earlier and English muffin was stale.

We didn’t have a functioning toilet for the entire stay. Staff kept saying they fixed it, but it wasn’t, after 3 attempts! And no acknowledgment of the issues at check out
