"Perfect hotel for anyone attending a performance at the Southern Theater"

This is the perfect hotel if you’re going to the Southern Theater. The hotel is very nice and has an onsite restaurant and bar to go long with other conveniences. Can’t comment on the restaurant food as we took advantage of out time in Columbus to Visit Lindey’s. We also walked up High Street and tried out the bar at The GOAT. Both I highly recommend. So the hotel is nice, reasonably priced and has reasonably priced valet parking.

I had to move rooms because the heater was broken. The food was horrible, oily, bland. The interiors are dirty, damaged, and dated.

"Great hotel but can’t put people in the rooms they paid for."

i booked a corner kings suit and did not get put in that room. spent a little extra for the room only to get put in a slightly bigger room than a normal one was lame.

I booked a room with two double beds and when we got there, they had already booked our room even though I had my room booked for months and we got stuck in a room with only a king bed and I’ve still not been compensated like they said that I would be.
