Staff were very nice and hotel was very clean. I think the pictures make the rooms look bigger than they truly are- they do say it that rooms are small and cozy- it is truly SMALL AND COZY. Small that 2 people can barely walk at the same time. If you are clear on that you will have a fabulous stay- if you skip over that detail (like me) you may be confused. Aside from the small rooms they do offer a nice breakfast. The hotel is close to everything- trains, food, convenience stores and the casino. It is the perfect location for a visit to Chicago.
