La ubicación es excepcional. Mucho de lo que queríamos conocer en Chicago quedaba a unos cuantos minutos caminando y el personal de recepción está disponible 24/7 por cualquier situación que pudiera surgir. Además, el personal que está en cocina es súper amable y muy atento.

Muy mal que de los 4 días que estuvimos, solo 1 nos hicieron la limpieza en el cuarto y nos dieron toallas limpias. Cuando solicitamos la limpieza nos dijeron que nuestra habitación ni siquiera estaba programada. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue el ruido que hacía la calefacción, ya que por las noches incluso nos llegaba a despertar.
