Staff was AMAZING! Room was clean. Pool was beautiful. I will definitely return. Can't wait to return. The warm cookies are a plus. They take allergies serious.

"Comfortable room with friendly staff in a convenient location. Indoor and outdoor pools were definitely a plus for me!"

Location was great and bed was comfortable. All staff interactions were positive and friendly. Swimming pools were warm, clean and lovely. I could see the sunset from my room!

My room had a sink with a microwave but no type of liquid soap, kitchen towel, or paper towel to keep things clean. I had to use bathroom soap and wash rag. An area for improvement.

Loved the open steps to the 3rd floor.

Our toilet had a bad rotten weak flapper valve that ran every time we flushed. The property was great.

"okay or could be good; property was nice"

we were at a doubletree to settle an estate. the front desk people were exceptional. the handicapped room is at the end of hallway on the first floor. which is fine as it is near an exit, however, poor design to make that end the handicapped. the end of that hotel is higher and it is quite a ramp to push a wheelchair up and then drag all of the luggage. the A/C worked and the room was fine. The fridge was a nice size, a little bigger than normal which was nice but there was no microwave in the room. There was also a hot water issue at 6am, however, after letting the water run the hot water did show up; so not a big deal. for the money 3 days was I think there should be a microwave but that is just me. COOKIES are delicious as always, so that's a win. i would have given a good score but for the price I thought it could have been better. so I went with okay.

The entire 5th floor smelled like marijuana. The staff were great, Hotel restaurant breakfast buffet was really good. Beautiful enterence area, great for just sitting and chatting. I probably would choose a different hotel next time.

Bunch of people in parking lot drinking till 2am security wouldn’t go out and put a stop to it. Our A/C in room leaked water and soaked luggage had to Go find a laundry room and wash clothes and dry
