As a Hilton diamond member, I was sadly disappointed in the hotel. The people were nice enough, but good God, can you please update the place? There were numerous stains on the ceiling in the room & bathroom, carpet was pretty bare, just a generally worn out appearance throughout the hotel. And if you are taller than 5’10” or so, you will have to duck under the shower head to get your head wet. Not remotely close to what we expect from the Hilton name.

"Terrible hotel avoid!!! Staff is rude agd unfriendly"

Property was just ok. Staff was terrible! The girl checking me in was very rude, never sat up in her chair and barely spoke!!! I will never stay at this location again!!

Staff- very rude, room was not very clean .. did not feel welcomed at all.

I have stayed at this location on and off for 30 years. Way before doubletree. The location is excellent, right beside the mall. I guess my only complaint is the price of the room. It was higher than other motels in the area. I went ahead and chose it because of my familiarity with the property.
