"Worst Hilton property ever"

Was taking my daughter to college. From the reviews and the pics looked awesome. I was very wrong. Daughter comes out of bathroom and ask me to get the hair clump off toilet seat. Go in and looks like someone cleaned off the hair brush between seat and lid. Walk around the room and see (pics) all this crap. Blood splatter on wall, blinds hanging off wall, black mold on wall, electrical socket pushed in wall, framed picture falling out of frame, wall paper coming off wall. It’s very clear that the owner/ manager does not care at all about the quality of service.

"Not Double Tree standard"

That was rough. The room was beat up and needs significant repairs. The door lock was messed up in 2 ways, the furniture was all torn up, carpet was gross, the ceilings are very short, the water took over 5 minutes to warm up, the complimentary crib was something out of a 1940s thrift shop, and all three luggage carts had flat tires. The staff was nice.

"Not The Best Experience for a Double Tree"

During the day we were greeted with a very kind staff. They resolved a booking issue about breakfast vouchers.

The evening staff was cold with mean looks on their faces. Two younger ladies look like they were just reprimanded by their boss. I walked by the front reception, said Hi with a little wave and got blank stares in response. TV remote didn't work and the fridge didn't work. I made sure it was plugged in and the thermostat was turned on. Remote needed batteries.

We hosted a work meeting in the Birch Room at the DoubleTree. Penny and Cis, who worked the event, were WONDERFUL and made sure every single one of our needs were met. They were so kind and so helpful. Cannot say enough nice things! Also, the manager on duty, Alex was amazing as well. If you’re looking for a great place to host a business function, I HIGHLY recommend working with the AMAZING team working at the DoubleTree in Johnson City!
