The staff is a solid 5-star team—friendly, helpful, smiling, and courteous—from the front desk to the bar/restaurant to the cleaning crew. However, the facility itself is pretty dated and in need of attention. I would stay here again, but the prices are very high for a hotel in this condition.

It was clean

1- I was put in an adjoining room with people next-door that I didn’t know. I don’t believe you should put random people in adjoining rooms.. I’ve never had a hotel do that before and I have stayed at a lot. I was only there Friday night and checked out Sunday morning so it was a short time. However, it’s incredibly unsafe and just poor form to do that to either party. ESPECIALLY when they booked a regular room and not an adjoining room. 2- it took a solid 15 minutes for the water to warm up. I had resigned myself to taking lukewarm showers the whole weekend. I found out on day 2 it just takes about 15min for the water to heat up. 3- the complimentary hair dryer stopped working half way through. To be honest, I don’t really feel that the price I paid was fitting of the hotel itself. In the pictures online it looked so much better than it was. This was way overpriced for a subpar hotel.

The location was great. The fellow at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The warm cookies were really good. The parking was easy. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The TV was on a swivel making it easy to see in different locations. Room temperature was good. Body wash and shampoo were nice.

No included breakfast. The floor in the elevators was damaged and needed to be replaced. The carpet in the hall had some bleached spots. The furniture in the room was showing some wear.

Clean rooms and comfortable bed.
