The property was in good proximity to my workplace.

I really enjoyed the size of the room and bathroom.

It was clean, convenient to get to!! I chose the property because of the indoor pool! After several hours of driving we had promised to take the little one swimming!!

The pool water was so cold we couldn’t stay in it, the air was on so we couldn’t even sit around the pool! A real disappointment for the little one and for the adults!!

I stayed here while traveling and it was a good decision! Newly renovated rooms, delicious cookies, friendly staff, and a good selection to choose from in the restaurant. Will absolutely stay again!

I recently stayed at this hotel after its renovation, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The updates are beautiful, everything feels fresh, modern, and very comfortable. What really made my stay exceptional, though, was the staff. The front desk manager and her team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. It’s clear that a lot of care and effort went into both the renovation and the customer service here. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to family and friends.

Beyond a perfect stay! Friendly Staff! Very clean rooms! All around Great Experience.

I will start with check in - did online check in. Got a text welcoming me . I replied" be there soon". Follow up text reminding me to stop by for the great doubletree cookie and my water. Room was what you would expect . Spoke to Chelsey . She was fantastic. It was diversified conversation about travel , disney , how credits are handled for food and beverage. Great interaction and great knowledge. I then spoke to Ariyana in the morning . Another great conversation. Both were excellent to deal with . Both are assets to this property. There was another young lady I think her name was Angel she was very good as well , I just didn't talk to her as much. This property is in a great location. No matter what your need it is close by . I mean within walking distance if you want. Walmart , Depot, Pet supplies, Panera , tons of stores and restaurants. The hotel also offers a local shuttle . I would say this is a go to when in this area.

The hotel was dirty and noisy, too much construction happening. The room was clean but the floors were dirty too. I would advise not staying here until all the work is done and then scrubbed

Comfortable bed

Restaurant food was terrible. Cold old broccoli. 21 dollars. Matted rice. Burned shrimp. Nice pineapple. Other order tough burned chicken not edible No freebie breakfast Expensive dog price. Not at all what i expected. Nice staff

Our convention booked us there. Unfortunately they rented rooms on our floor to kids at a tennis tournament and a soccer tournament. These kids were uncontrolled and running the hallways. Three nights we suffered doors opening and closing and kids yelling. The manager stated he would talk to the coaches. Nothing changed until we called and got a security guard up at midnight.
