My stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The highlight of it all was Angel, she is so helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her warm personality made a big difference. I truly appreciated her attentiveness and positive attitude. Angel was very friendly, texting the front desk made request easy and thy responded quickly.

AFTER booking our room, we were informed that they were renovating. We figured that wouldn’t be a big deal.. Wrong! The WiFi didn’t work, the tv couldn’t connect to the internet, the a/c couldn’t be controlled so the room was hot all night. There was trash on the floor when we entered the room. When we checked in we asked about the cookies and told them we needed to get some to take home to people that had asked us to bring some back. We were told there was no need to get them right then, as they ALWAYS have cookies. When we checked out and asked to buy some cookies, we were informed that’s they were out of cookies. We ended up having to stop at another Doubletree in another city to fulfill our promise. After all of this and explaining all of the issues we had experienced, the kid at the front counter had nothing to say. No apology, no remorse for the amount of money we spent to stay at what equates to a motel 6 quality establishment. The people at the Chattanooga location were appalled that we had such a bad experience here and even apologized for it.
