Could have a nice area in the back for sitting outside, possibly have a fire pit.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfy. When we checked in they mentioned they were at capacity due to a festival in town. However, there was not enough staff to handle the breakfast crowd on Saturday morning. Sunday morning was much better for breakfast.

It was just an older hotel, so some repairs need to be done on the bathroom walls and base boards of the room I was in.

Location was perfect. Just a few miles down the road from Jeep-Fest in Portersville. Parking lot was well lit. Room was clean and quiet. (maybe showing its age a bit, but good for the value) Front desk staff was helpful and competent. There was an exit door to the parking lot right near the room.

The room had a smell of old cigarettes. Not the hotel's fault as there were signs posted saying this was a non-smoking room. The carpets had a sticky film to them, not a good feeling when barefoot. The exit door near my room was an exit only, so you would need to re-enter the hotel through the main entrance. (Most likely for security reasons)

This was an excellent hotel for the price and for a 2 star hotel. Very clean, renovated atvsome point. Great location with lots of parking. An area out back for dogs. Breakfast was crowded but they restocked constantly. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.
