Hotel was very nice. It seems like some reno no nistis going on. Our bathroom was also ok, the only problem is the sill at door needs to be repaired. The hotel was very comfortable clean and not noisy at all. Workers were great and kept on top of housekeeping. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

I would like to give a very special mention to Nancy and Tessa from Guest Relations/ Reception. Both Nancy and Tessa’s service was absolute world class. They both delivered such a memorable experience and are such brand ambassadors for Hilton Costa Mesa. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them whenever myself or my partner needed anything. Thank you to the lovely and friendly front of house reception girls- Nancy and Tessa who made our stay at the Hilton Costa Mesa a memorable one. Both girls were always so welcoming and always greeted us whenever passing by the front desk. Nothing was ever too much and they both made us feel right at home during our stay.
