Marissa and Tamara at the front desk are very helpful and inviting. They made me feel welcomed and recommended the restaurant in the hotel for dinner. They did a great job, I will be returning as a guest soon.

I have been staying at Hilton for a while. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. Especially, Marissa, she was very amicable and helpful. She added to the good experience I had staying at Hilton.

I’ve stayed here multiple times now for a mix of business, leisure, and family trips. Everything is clean, run well, and friendly. Notably, I’ve become acquainted with one of the employees, Lance. He has left such an excellent impression on me that despite being horrible with names, I instantly recognized him recently even though we last interacted nearly a year ago. Both stays, I requested some additional assistance at late hours and he was able to deliver in a manner that was both timely and enthusiastic. I didn’t feel like I was burdening a tired night shift worker, but rather someone who was excited to help. That help came with friendliness, open-minded conversation, professionalism, a balance between willingness to assist and respecting guests’ boundaries, and a sense that I can come to him for anything without worrying. Lance is a notable example, but other staff members have been kind and helpful as well. I appreciate knowing I’m in good hands while away from home.

Jorge and Mayra Pea were amazing when it came to customer service. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of whwn we had a mishap while checking in. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in Costa Mesa and needing a place to stay.

I am there with our football coaches every year for the annual Glazier coaches clinic and love the hospitality and service from Maricela at your Starbucks, we look forward to see her every year she’s so energetic and happy to make sure the masses have their necessary caffeine and pastries. Lance was awesome. Helped me fix my check in because I messed something up. Then he helped me link my reservation to a future reservation. And THEN he helped me purchase stuff at the convenience store. He really supported my entire first night. Great guy. Great hotel.
