Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa

I recently spent 2 nights at the Hilton Costa Mesa & received excellent service at check-in from Pia! She was friendly & kind, she worked efficiently & asked questions about my preferences before assigning my room. Pia made a routine experience an enjoyable one!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Mayra at the Hilton I recently checked into the Hilton and discovered an issue in my bathroom. I went down to the front desk and showed Mayra the video of what was going on, and from that moment she went above and beyond to take care of me. Mayra is truly an amazing soul — warm, caring, and genuinely committed to making sure my son and I had the best stay possible. She handled the room issue immediately, took care of everything we needed, and even added some extra love to make our stay more comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who treats guests with that level of compassion and professionalism. I truly appreciate her and want her to be recognized for the outstanding customer service she provided. Thank you, Mayra, for turning a stressful moment into a positive experience. You made our stay exceptional. ❤️

What more can I say? From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and effortless. The atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and welcoming, and the entire property was clean, comfortable, and easy to navigate. The location was also perfect—close to everything I needed, with plenty of dining and convenience options nearby. Jorge and Marissa were an incredible team—always one step ahead—making sure every part of my stay was taken care of. Their level of service truly elevated the experience. My room was spacious, spotless, and quiet—surprisingly peaceful even with the hotel being in such a convenient area. As a serious coffee drinker, I was blown away that if I ever ran low, all I had to do was call and more coffee and cream were delivered without hesitation. The amenities were great as well, from the comfortable workspace to the well-maintained common areas. They even offered to hold my luggage while I went out to dinner with friends—who does that anymore? Little acts of service like that make a world of difference. Considering the level of care, comfort, and convenience, the value of this stay was exceptional. The person checking us in was SO friendly! The pool was very nice.

We read there was a pool bar. Apparently the pool bar is only open for the summer. There were adult guests at the pool laying out and were obvious about not wanting kids at the pool. We felt very unwelcome with our 2 little boys, and the pool and pool bar were one of the main reasons we stayed here.

Great location and great breakfast.

Parking fee and ease

From the moment I arrived, the staff outside, valet and bellman, were super helpful getting me set up with parking and check-in. Marissa at the front desk was awesome! She greeted me right away and even wished me a happy belated birthday, which was such a nice surprise. I also loved the text check-up feature. When I mentioned a beeping sound in my room, maintenance showed up within minutes and had me in a new room right after. Everything was handled so quickly and professionally. Overall, 5 stars, very satisfied and would definitely stay again!
