Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort

Stayed at the Hilton Santa Barbara this past weekend. On Saturday evening they offered S’mores and Sangrias during sunset. Nelson was attentive and endearing to our family, including our dog, whom he had treats readily available in his pocket upon greeting. Raffy, the manager, set us up with the fire table located right in front of the beach - it was truly majestic and an enjoyable time spent.

Breakfast, price. Breakfast buffet was below average and price higher than informed on Booking.com

Location was fab

Phone in room didn’t work and we were so tired we just wanted to ring for room service. Lack of vegan options - we were offered rice and carrots. Very expensive for what we paid.

Lovely hotel and the staff were excellent especially Alexx who really helped making our stay special

My fiance and I came to the Hilton Santa Santa Barbara for a quick getaway to celebrate our engagement. The grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed being so close to the ocean and the downtown area. Big shout out to Alexx who greeted us at the front desk! He was so kind to us when he found out we were celebrating and really set the tone for the trip!

WiFi was out the entire stay. Staff kept saying it would be up soon. (For 3 days). Someone (claiming to be my husband) tried to extend the stay and stay in the room after I left. It was not a great experience at all

The hotel is stunning but above all the service is great. We checked in late because we were coming in from a race and Alexx could not have provided better service. He was warm , hospitable and added to the overall luxurious ambiance of the property. He quickly assisted our large group and made the check is process extremely simple. I was relaxing in my room in no time. He gave very detailed instructions on how to get to my room because the property is big and all of the amenities and services offered. The entire property feels spacious including the check in area and the rooms are huge! The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of bathroom space. Everything is really clean . I need whoever maintains this property to come to my house and get things in order. Anyways I recommend this place without hesitation 10/10.

Nina, Saved us! We were in a bind and she came through with a beautiful package and a rapid response -not only incredibly professional and knowledgable, but also really sensitive and considerate and compassionate. This was THE BEST booking experience I have ever encountered and I am so thankful.

Of all the Hilton's we've visited, this was the most disappointing. Not a typical Hilton resort. Double billed for parking, ordered drinks that never came. Poolside food and drink service cabana was not open during the day. Bird droppings on the breakfast table, broken screen doors in the room. Train horn adjacent to the room disrupted sleep. Other than that... The staff were courteous. The location was great.
