Overall great experience. Room in the Villas was a bit dated.

Room was comical. We booked a suite, the bathroom is very outdated, bath tub grout was pretty nasty and the water smelled terrible. The view in the room was mostly of the roof so don’t book this room, try to get a better view. The only thing great about this place is the amenities. I have a child that enjoyed the pools and the shuttle to the beach with the pool was great. The food options at the beach pool was good.

We are Bonvoy members we have stayed at this property many times and last couple years it has gone downhill. Last stay was a disaster

Beautiful property. Staff was very accommodating! My only complaint is there was not enough electrical outlets for our equipment

The outdoor property of this resort is beautiful with trees, water, bridges, two pools, and a golf course, but the rooms are very outdated and not well kept. Our room was in one of the villas-popcorn ceiling, small and uncomfortable beds (we chose a double queen bedroom), very old alarm clock, no USB ports or extra outlets, sliding glass door to the porch would not open so we could not go outside, we could hear every word in the room next door, but the worst was how loud our air conditioning unit was. The AC unit would kick on at least every 10 minutes (could not keep our room cool apparently) and woke us up several times in the night. For price we paid, and the additional $25 per day resort fee AND $22 day a day for parking that I was charged for but not made aware of at check in (I was only told that they needed a card for incidentals which is normal), this resort is not worth it. The gates to the villas were not working so no security as well. Unfortunately we will not stay here again.

Had the best spa experience with Mary and a reflexology and scalp massage. She used wonderful, natural products I was able to purchase in the Spa shop. Very nice facilities with a private pool that offered full food and bar. Great service! Try the Asian chicken wrap. Do yourself a favor and spend a nice afternoon there like I did!

Beautiful resort. I had an amazing weekend.

This hotel is run down! needs a total renovation. The rooms were dirty / linens old - thin - smelled - our experience was AWFUL! the room we reserved (Signature 1 Bedroom suite resort view) was unavailable due to maintanence issues - the registration desk apologized and offered a DIRTY hospitality room - unmade murphy bed on the floor - with access to a connecting dirty standard room! it was also awful. Finally we were offered (after 2 hours) a villa room - not in the main building (where are meetings were held). The villa room was old / dirty / run down - and had left over - half eaten cookies on the floor - next to the couch - on a paper plate - the entire experience was NOT good. And to top it off - my "final" bill was wrong - it included a night room charge AFTER we had checked out! I am awaiting a call back from the hotel accounting office. This was an awful experience!

We booked a significant number of rooms for a family wedding. Property is attractive, though rooms are dated and lack sufficient or well placed outlets to charge devices. And charging for WiFi these days is a pretty petty scam, one I could avoid by being a Bonvoy member. Here was the big disappointment: Front desk personnel are all polite but unaligned on their own policies. At check out, I asked them to deliver a gift to my sister's room (the mother of the groom) indicating her surname and room number on the gift bag. The first person assured me this was no problem. By the evening, when I realized my sister had not received it, I called and a second person said it was "not their policy" to deliver something to another room. Instead my sister would have to come down to get it, confirming the gift was sitting behind the desk. My sister checked out the next day and asked and no one knew anything about a gift bag. At this point, I phone the hotel while in transit and a third person not only could no longer locate the bag, but after keeping me on hold for at least 20 minutes, she disconnected me. No response (or responsibility) on the part of the hotel and a surprise gift was ruined.

So much fun and so much to do :)
