The rooms and facilities could use an update, and the cleanliness was average. The breakfast was OK. We skipped our laundry after checking out the washers and dryers. The advantage was the price, so we didn't have too much to complaint.

My wife wen to shower and saw the bathtub had hair in it and was dirty. The desk clerk came and cleaned it. Our party had two rooms and our companion noticed hair on the pillows in the second room. Upon close inspection we also found hair in the pillows in our room too. We got all fresh pillows from the desk clerk. I think they didn't change the pillowcases between guests. I actually used a flashlight to inspect the sheets, I felt uncomfortable sleeping there. The second room also had a musty odor. The exterior door near our room would not lock so anyone could enter the building. I would definitely not recommend this hotel!

The property backed a body of water which was a lovely view. Our room as not clean (there were crumbs on the floor and we found a pair of men’s socks on the desk chair). We tried to switch to another room but there weren’t any other options so the staff was

"Great Location but hotel needs updating"

Old hotel. My assumption is this is probably one of the first few, if not first, hotel in Owego. Hotel needs updating

"Okay stay"

Dated and in decline, good breakfast tho and staff was too notch. Facility however needs great amount of repair and updates
