It was just a bit scary. We got to our room to a dog barking next door. The tub was rusty, the beds were horrible and parking lot was scary.

"Demolish this hotel"

We took our grandkids to Oceans of Fun and was going to spend the night here. We pulled up at 9:30 pm and it was very dark, also homeless people were at the corner. The outdoor pool was to be open till 10:00pm, we could see 2 people out there swimming but it was pitch dark. I asked the guy checking us in why there was no lights out there and his reply was that they don't work. Very scary and dark place. Nothing like the pictures at all. We cancelled our room and went elsewhere. My advice would be to tear the place down, it is horrible......

Very lacklustre check in. Directed to an entry with a broken door. Our room smelled and had ants on floor from food and a half eaten packet of chips in the TV cabinet. The place was very rundown, walked past rooms with broken door/windows. Decided this was unsafe to stay as my child wanted to leave. Went to front desk and as we were not staying, they didn’t ask why they just said have a good day, I guess this happens a bit. Shane as we stayed at another Quality Inn and was a totally different experience.

The tv didn’t work and the shower rod was broken. There was no breakfast as promised. I’ll never return. A terrible experience!!
