Quality Inn & Suites Kansas City I-435N Near Sports Complex

This is the nastiest hotel Ive ever been to. I checked in and check out within 15 minutes. Cigarette burns everywhere, dirty restrooms, nasty beds. I wouldnt even let my child sit . They said no smoking but staff was smoking in the hallway by the room.

Hotel needs undated. Cigarette burns in blanket. Other guests hanging out windows to smoke. Bathtubs are filthy & stained.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Arrived at 2:00 a.m. and the front desk demanded $100 deposit before we could get to a room. Absolutely. Nothing like the pictures. In the a.m. I want to ask for some washcloths and the front desk person. Wanted to make sure I was ready to check out and we still had like 2 hours before checkout time

The hotel lost power shortly after we checked in for a two-night stay, so we had to go somewhere else. The hotel has refused to answer the phone when I call, but will pick up when I have other people call (corporate office, etc). They’re now saying they can’t refund the first night because we checked in but not out. Of course we checked in. We had a reservation, and the building had power. When it was clear we needed to go somewhere else, I dropped our keys at the front desk and watched the attendant write down my name and number as well as give me the name of the manager (Neeraj) so we could get ahold of each other. I would consider that checking out. They don’t have record of my checking out because, again, no power, and they’re telling me there is no note about my leaving, even though I watched the guy at the front desk write it down.

Electricity was out from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. it was very hot very dangerous doors were unlocked staff would not refund money or give another day stay once the lights were on very very unhappy

Didn’t even stay there…smelled terrible. Hot and muggy in there. Beds were ridiculous. Waiting to see if they’ll give me my refund after the worst service and room I’ve ever seen. Power was off for a long period of time. Always told have to wait for manager still waiting

Power went out on Friday evening. I didn't stay. Came back the next morning around now packed all my things checked out. No smoke detectors are mounted in the rooms. It's a horrible smell in the hall way. But the sheets were clean. No bed bugs which was a plus.

The scanner to get into one of the entrances was broken. There was no power to the entire building, so no lights and no A/C. Someone also knocked on our door at 2am and when we answered there was no one there. There was an unexpected 100$ deposit for the room, and the entire building reeked of cigarette smoke. Do not stay here if you value your safety.
