This Quality Inn is the worst hotel I have stayed in, from bad room looks and ancient room damage, bathroom, and broken window glass to evil being and a towel, as no phone in the room and no amenities

The room was actually pretty good for the price. It was clean and the bathroom was nice but the outside of the building and parking lot is in desperate need of renovation and the hallways were not as clean as the room.

I knew that I was going to a cheap hotel, but I was taken back by after not having room service show until the third day, after me calling to ask for toilet paper. When I got there, there was about a half inch left in a roll, and so I called to request it. I was kind on my call, I work in service, and the guy was so rude I was a little shocked by it. He is first response was “well you’re going to have to come and get some then” literally. Then I told him I had to leave to go to work and didn’t have time and asked that housekeep (his department) just bring some when they turned down the room. His response was “do you want the toilet paper or not?” and was VERY aggressive. I bit my tongue but that pissed me off pretty bad. I returned from work late that night and my room had toilet paper. I stayed there 4 nights and never had my bed turned down. On the 4th night I got toilet paper, a new towel, and a bunch of attitude. Aside from the broken window screens laying all over the lawn, dead flies on my floor when i arrived. Horrible experience, the worst I’ve had in 24 years of travelling.

The fact it was a place to slèep

The fact we paid for a double room and all we got was a standard room didn't have anything in it that was listed not even trashcan tried to talk to lady at front desk she said if we wanted the couch we had to pay for suite when our booking said sitting area with tv. And the tv didn't hardly work for a quality inn this is the most ran down quality inn I have ever been to our room even has holes in wall

"Wyndom = Overpriced Disappointment "

No elevator, not allowed to pay separately, bogus receipt, room smelled bad, no tissues, phone to desk did not work, rust in tub and sink, no towel racks, burn-holes in bedspread, only 2 hangers, window shade broken, tiny tv that didn’t provide the channels listed, no breakfast, room was scarily dark except for the bathroom where the light would not turn off, huge potholes in parking area that could break an ankle. I doubt if I will ever stay at a Wyndom again.

"Refused to refund room after 2 hr stay "

I got my son this hotel room for a night stay while on an overnight trip with a friend in Kansas City. They had trouble checking in because they were 19, in this hotel description it clearly says minimum check in age 18, I was able to check them in by email @6:27pm My son called me about problems with the room and it being in a bad neighborhood. My son went to cancel the room at 8:20pm and was told he would not be getting a refund because he had stayed there so long. I was in the phone and could hear my son being yelled at. The front desk man had previously offered to move their room due to a puddle in the floor. Long story short , they left and checked into another hotel.

Was supposed to get my security deposit back and I'm still waiting 5 days later my room was a mess and my shower was broke dirty sheets and walls ridiculous and didn't receive any discount
