City Express by Marriott Petoskey Harbor Springs

In disrepair. Rooms musty and beds terrible for comfort. Water leaking around window during rain. Air conditioner old.

I was very disapointed

In process of updating which it really needs. High price for area but little value

The side entry was not locked when we arrived, requiring no key for entry, and the door to our room was also open when we arrived.

Friendly staff, spotless room, comfortable bed. Perfect location—close to everything

Bad internet service, breakfast nothing to speak of.

Room was very outdated and smelled. Bathroom had mold growing on walls above shower. There was no carpet in the hallways-just removed carpet. Smelled as well. this was not worth the money

This is insane - to pay $350 and be in a construction zone with noticeable wear and tear and smells is horrible. Thank the lord it’s only for one night.

Booked last minute, therefore paid A LOT for what the room was. Location was perfect. Rooms were carpeted and musty to the point when walking barefoot the carpet was damp and caused the room to be humid and gross.

The mattress was noticeably older. The pillows were comfortable.
