City Express by Marriott Petoskey Harbor Springs

Quick stay. Overall nice place. A bit pricey for mid week later evening arrival. Front desk associate was very patient and courteous.

We loved the new bathroom and newly decorated room. We were surprised there wasn't a closet or rod to hang up clothes, but it looked like they may have not been finished with the remodel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Parking was very convenient.

The location was very good. The property itself is in poor condition, dilapidated furniture, dirty carpets, needs an urgent remodel. Expensive for what it is. No real breakfast, muffins and bagels, coffee.

The appearance could use some work & rat trap was not too nice to look at.

Carpet was wet and stunk. This place is really run down, the worst place by far in a ten day trip.

The breakfast was typical continental breakfast

The hotel is dated and needed repairs in bathroom. Hot water knob did not work properly and was difficult to take shower. Breakfast was sub par.

Property is dingy and in need of upgrade. Also they could not find my reservation when I arrived. Older property with cobwebs and dripping faucets in my room
