We stayed in 2 rooms suite. One of the doors can’t be closed. And all elevators stopped for more than 15 minutes. I walked 11 floors until back to normal. Otherwise everything was good.

When asked to stay another night staff said no rooms available. When I did an internet search there were rooms available?? Moved to another hotel
這是我第二次入住這間酒店，幾年前可能新開吸引我再入住，不過雖然是有小小變舊，但可以接受。令我印象深刻就是前台的幾位服務人員，有禮貌，服務周到，這個也是幾年前留給我一樣的好印象。整體是相當之好，再到芽莊必會再住，真的價廉物美。
Staffs are friendly. Room are nice. Lobby always feel cool with the a/c.
Room is fairly new. Clean .staffs are friendly. Nice swimming pool and bar with reasonable price of beer and dinner. Excellent breakfast buffet
USVery comfortable bed. Especially after my visit to Da Lat where the hotel bed was too hard. Art Nest bed was perfect. Huge dining room for breakfast and many options. You can easily spend an hour eating breakfast. 50% discount currently on massage treatments. Nearby restaurants -I recommend Burger People and also Il Mio (Italian) Quiet at night.
It took a while for the shower water to turn hot. So, you might need to let the water run (especially in the morning) and do other things as you wait for the water. Housekeeping fixed a problem in my room so it was okay after first day. See photo below--the dirty dishes were sitting on the 19th floor corridor during my entire stay. It is unsightly. I am not certain why housekeeping didn't remove these dishes.
USHelt greie rom ! Daglig rengjøring. De kunne pusset mellom fliser, og når man dusjer blir det mye vann utover badet på de mindre rommene. De større rommene var betraktelig bedre.. Flere solsenger rundt bassenget hadde vært supert, og betjeningen ved bassengbaren kom og gikk litt. Vurderte ytterligere 2 dager,
3대가 함께 한 여행이었는데 시내에서 2박할 때 묵었습니다 조식 기대없이 내려가서 간단히 먹을만 했구요! 특히 쌀국수 떠주시는 직원분이 너무너무 친절하게 매일 인사를 해주셔서 기분이 너무 좋았답니다! 특히 커넥팅룸 가족끼리 함께 지냈다가 또 자러갈 때는 따로 잘 수 있어서 좋았어요! 추천해요! 가격도 적당한것 같고 저는 2박 만족하며 잘 지냈습니다!
