The Art Nest Hotel Nha Trang

The hotel overall was good. Nice swimming pool and rooftop view. I wish there was more options of beef and chicken in the restaurant. The employees of hotel are very polite and nice, they will help you with any questions. Especially the guy with a name Hoai Nam, very friendly!

The room was quite big and bed was comfortable. Walking distance to quite a few food place and massage places as it is central.

We booked a total of 5 rooms and everyone all agree they had a rather disappointed stay. The discount on the massage was attractive but the actual massage was below par. A lizard was staying in room 1902 so my uncle smacked and threw it out by themselves. The pool in the hotel was small and not well maintained. The floor tiles were super slippery and unfit to walk on after a swim. When I requested for a pool towel, the staff gave me some towels taken from a bag which looks like where they kept the used towel and after draping it on my body, I noticed an awful urine smell on the towel which by then had linger on me. We ordered pizza for dinner near the pool bar and had to wait a total of 45 mins for it. ( There was no active staff on duty so we had to order from a staff who walked by) The breakfast in the morning buffet was minimal and below standard. The bread section only had 2 selection of bread with melted butter that was pipe on a cling wrap with only one selection of fruit jam. There was no fresh juice available and only cordial. Definitely did not meet the expectations.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable but the service was absolutely terrible as they forgot to clean our room and when asked why, they could not provide a reason. We requested toilet paper twice as they provide only 1 roll/day - the first time, they never came as we had to use alternative means, the second time, they didnt answer the front reception line so my husband had to go down to request it (finding the front desk attendant playing on his phone), they came an hr later....just terrible. The breakfast buffet wasnt great nor sub-par, unless you like bland, cold, and limited options - it was so bad, we ate out for breakfast. Upon checkout, they said that 2 sets of slipppers were missing, thus we had to go back to the room to find it - they were both in the room, just not in the cupboard where they were originally placed. They also wanted us to pay for a robe that was taken by housekeeping the day prior - as we were now running late for our flight out, they agreed to complete final checkout with a settlement of 200k dong, as they originally wanted 500k.

Nice and quiet place with great view and staff. Perfect location close to exchange spots, markets, drug stores and nice restaurants. Short route to the beach. No need to find anything else - just stay here.

Can’t say I really don’t like it but breakfast can be a bit better.

Location, location. One of the best hotel in Nha Trang, right next to the night market and central of Nha Trang tourist attractions. Room spacious, clean, good service, good breakfast. Just don’t like the air conditioner, sometime not working in the middle of the night. Overall one of the best hotel.
