VNOur family only spent one night here but it was wonderful! We enjoyed the hotel rooms and the services. The rooftop pool was nice as well. Breakfast was OK, but there can be room for improvements. It would be better if the food was less oily and there is a wider variety. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!

It would've been a perfect stay if the receptionist team didn't communicate properly and treated me like a criminal. I asked one of the receptionists, "Can I have a guest? He said yeah sure no worries. This was Sunday. My guest was with me every day. Until Tuesday came, escorted my guest (gf) with me to the lift to go to my room, and they literally chased us as if we were committing a crime. Startled me in the process. The receptionist did not talk to me directly and gaslighted me by addressing my guest in Vietnamese but not me as the owner who paid for everything. This really ticked me off. The receptionist spoke English from what I gathered. Or at least made it look like she did. The treatment left a bitter feeling. I paid my way for everything I bought. It didn't help that the manager was behind the receptionists actions. She stared at my guest without a smile. Like women, i can see you? I have eyes! I do not appreciate the dirty looks. If I were the hotel owner. I'd fire her straight away or at least send her to customer service classes. When I complained to the receptionist, I was told the manager would be made aware, but this was not the case. The 2nd incident I asked multiple times if the restaurant was open. They said yeah, but again, this was not true as i checked at different times. This made me realise they lied and were too egotistical to admit they don't understand my Scottish accent. This would've made things much easier because I could've communicated in written Vietnamese instead. But nope, it took until Thursday for me to ask the nice Russian guest services lady to clarify if the restaurant was open and she confirmed it wasn't. I had to order room service, showing me the menu. I did this the next day, but again, lack of communication from the reception lady who helped me order. I was told it was 30 mins wait but I waited an hour.

GBExcellent spacious room (we upgraded). Extremely clean. No noise issues. Friendly service. Comfortable bed. We have been in Vietnam for 6 weeks by this stage, this was our best hotel yet!

VNThis is a nice hotel. Unfortunately the bedbugs like it also. The staff was attentive, but not as attentive as the bedbugs. The resturant is not good, and the staff in the resturant terrible. If it were not for the bedbugs we would stay here again.
