The Art Nest Hotel Nha Trang

I was there for 6 nights. Beautiful newer hotel 1.5 blocks from the beach. Great price through Agoda and then I was upgraded to a "suite" with a partial view of the beach. Possibly because the place was fairly empty when I was there, just me and maybe 30 others. Lot's of corner stores, restaurants, fruit stands very close. Breakfast buffet was filling and there was a wide variety of food including egg station. Some food repeated day to day but some changes also. Enough to get you going. Only thing was the lack of advertised beach towels. Sign at front always indicated that non were available. So I just sun dried at the beach. Not a major problem.

The stay was comfortable. The view is not great from the balcony. The gym could use more equipment. And the staff is coming up to speed.

We stayed for a couple of nights. No welcome drinks no fruits in the room contrary to the information in the booking site. Room was comfortable although not very clean. Tiny strands of hair on the bed and bathroom and housekeeper don't clean the room properly. Shampoo and body wash are the same. You have to hold the shower head when taking a bath. We booked a room with partial sea view and they arranged a room with a wall view instead. We asked to changed but the reception on duty can't even speak properly and we ended up staying in that room anyway. Noisy and not total blackout curtains. We checked out at noon and we asked for a shower place as we have a late night flight and the receptionist told us to shower by the pool where it's an open place and everyone can see you. We live in Vietnam for years and this is by far the worsf customer service we have ever had. I don't recommend anyone to stay here. Don't get fooled by the reviews as what we did. Lesson learned.

I am writing this review while i'm sitting in the room just after checking in. We booked a double room with a partial sea view but to our dismay there was no sea view at all and despite the fact that I complained to the reception he gave us exactly the same room just in a higher floor. Not only this, the room is very noisy from karaoke next door! We can hear a woman 'shrieking' which was unacceptable! We specifically noted prior to our booking that we need a quiet room and this is a special trip but it is just so disappointing to get this kind of service and room from a hotel which has excellent reviews on booking sites. This is such a waste of money and if I were you I would book and stay to a better hotel with the same price. This is just a horrible start of a holiday. We are utterly disappointed!

위치는 시내에서 가장 좋았던 것 같습니다. 발코니에서 보면 냣짱비치가 살짝이지만 보여서 좋았습니다. 숙소에 바닥은 한국처럼 장판이 깔린 바닥이지만 맨발로 돌아다니면 발이 매우 더러워집니다. 아마도 바닥은 청소를 따로 안하는것 같습니다. 당시 18개월 아기와 함께 방문했는데 아이 발이 매우 더러워져 자주 씻겨줘야 했습니다. 그외에 시설은 새것이라 매우 깔끔학 꺠긋했습니다. 냉장고는 있으나 기능을 딱히 잘하지 못하는 작은 냉장고라서 아이를 데려가는 분들은 참고하셔서 이유식을 챙겨야 할 것같습니다. 그리고 저는 맨 꼭대기층에 방을 배정 받았는데.. 아마도 컨넉션 룸이였던 것 같습니다. 침대 옆에 작은 문이 있는데 옆방에서 말하는소리 티비소리가 너무 잘 들려서 잠을 잘 자지 못했습니다. 아이가 새벽에 자다가 울거나 하면은 더 시끄럽게 굴기도 하고 아무튼 커플이면 딱 좋은데 가족여행이면 룸 배정 받을때 좀 주의해서 달라고 요청하시는게 좋을 것 같습니다. 조식은 그냥 평범했는데 나쁜편은 아니였습니다. 그외에 데스크에서 환전을 해주기 떄문에 편하게 환전할 수 있었습니다.

THe location is great & convenient. Breakfast is full o f varieties. The staff is great. Would . stay there again if come back.

This hotel is a fantastic option. My stay here was incredibly comfortable and just generally fabulous. The hotel is clean with all the facilities you can imagine, including a great gym and spa, and pool. It also has an amazing rooftop pool and a rooftop bar which has amazing views even if it’s not open. The views of the beach are amazing and even though the beach is beautiful the hotel has all such great drinks at affordable prices it’s hard to beat! The bed is very comfortable and the staff are really nice. Especially Chi who is wonderful, professional and really nice! She definitely deserves a promotion! And I hope she is commended for her professionalism! Thank you for making my stay so wonderful! I definitely recommend this hotel it’s within walking distance to everything and across the road from the beautiful beach!

We stayed for 5 nights, and it’s a very pleasant stay! Service was great and the staff upgraded our room to a junior suite. It would be good if there is more variety of food for breakfast. We will definitely come back (:
