Wonderful stay at the Regent SM Beach! I stayed 10 times at the time the hotel was under Loews brand, and it was already a great hotel… But Regent is even better: rooms are very Very large, with very nice furnishings, a very large bathroom, a 75-inch tv screen etc… Everything is top luxury! The service is very warm, personal and friendly from the front desk and concierge to the bellman, pool staff or housekeeping staff. I had dinner at Orla (octopus as a starter, and lobster with spices for the main course) and this was a very good experience, though pricey. This hotel is top notch and I will definitely come back here next summer!

The staff here is amazing. They make the stay incredibly wonderful. We stayed here for almost a week and became very friendly with many of the staff members who are extremely wonderful and proud of this place.

Elevated, luxurious hotel with warm attentive staff and excellent pool area overlooking the Santa Monica beach with really enjoyable fire pits in the evening. Special shout out to our waiter Jose, who obliged listening to my mini lesson on steeping star anise tea for acid reflux and provided me the opportunity to try it. We would like to recognize a few other staff members. Mario and Baris at poolside, again taking the time to engage with my family and I and obliging my off the menu Hemingway Daiquiri cocktail(I think you should add it to your menu). Fernando (bike riding instructions) and Kim (concierge) were courteous and helpful. Sorry I can't recall the names of the two front desk women who were also extremely helpful. Lastly the guest rooms were very quiet (hard to find) and I noticed the hotel's sustainability efforts throughout. The only very minor suggestion I have is to substitute the Smoked Salmon breakfast item with the much less saltier Nova Salmon which is more palatable. The Eggs Benedict and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were possibly the best we ever had. Thanks for adding to the experience of Santa Monica Beach.

I recently stayed at Regent Santa Monica with a good friend and our daughters. We were in LA for a girls' trip, and the location, service, and accommodations were perfect. From the welcoming arrival to needing extra pillows, every service touch point was exceptional. The views are LA's finest. We loved seeing the Santa Monica Pier from our room, and had an early breakfast at Orla that was not only delicious but also had a serene ocean view. The pool service was great, and it was nice that the pool was shallower, perfect for cooling off while still relaxing. I would stay here anytime for an LA visit and experience, and more time to enjoy the amenities. The spa is on my list for next visit.
