Overall good accommodation. There are a few issues: The very heavy door knob on the inside bathroom door comes completely off and nearly hit my foot! It is without the screws that secure it. The sink is very very small. Most, except a small child, would struggle to brush their teeth in it. Noisy pub and main road opposite but I think that depends which room you’re in as to whether this is an issue but the pub closes at midnight so not a huge issue.

Pretty poor standard of cleaning in the bathroom and heavy run off from the shower onto the floor which made the bathroom extreamly wet.

Comfortable but the furniture could be smaller as it takes lot of room.Instead of the TV hanging on the wall at the top it should be at eye lavel.My neck was paining and did not enjoy the TV.Should have a small area with desk to do some table work.Need more room for luggage and clothing.Key and digital entrance is a bit complicated.Live person entry is best.One way road coming out makes travelling a bit complicated.Staff were friendly and helpful..Bit pricey for the location.

Beautiful accommodation. Everything you need and more. Super clean and comfortable and lots of high end touches for a very reasonable price. Great location for walking into the city.

Ok for a short stay for work, could be cleaner.

Pub across road party till 3 am in morning not good

The property is in a reasonable location within walking distance of the city centre. The accommodation is ok, but finishes are pretty poor and in the room we stayed in it was not possible to open the window as this would have blocked access to another room! They take a security deposit but are very very slow to return it, when this should be same day. Overall it was a bit disappointing to be honest.

The property was absolutely fantastic in a good location not far from the heart of Norwich. It was really easy to find right next to a Tesco Express so easy to stock up on supplies for the kitchen in the apartment. There're plenty of initial communications regarding the property so that was not lacking however a week before the accommodation I was sent an email about the payment being required. as I had already paid through hotels.com I mistakenly thought this was the security deposit required. Which I don't believe is mentioned in the initial booking. However I completely understand and accept the reason for the security booking this email did not relate to that I mistakenly paid this money only to find on my first day of accommodation they then charged me for the security deposit. They tell me that this has happened because of the way hotels.com and Expedia work, but were quick to refund the money. The room had a little bit of damage on the bathroom door however this was acknowledged in an email on arrival. The bathtub in the lounge made for a very romantic evening the bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the tools required to make food should it be required. The shower was perfect and the decor was classy and maintained well. Despite the issue with the payment I would happily visit again and recommend this location. Professional, polite, comfortable and convenient.

Clean, quiet, tidy, pleasant and comfy. Unfortunately had to park on the street but that wasn’t the hotels fault as a huge pickup truck took up 2 spaces (arrogant so and so) 5-10 minute walk into the city. We will happily return.

Arrived and given a disabled access room, which isnt an issue- however the shower was a wetroom, after showering for approximately 2 minutes i noticed rhe drain overflowing and leaking into the bathroom and eventually flooding the bedroom. Unable to shower and with a soaking wet bedroom i contacted the out of hours number - to be told they are just an answering service and have no access to managers to request a room change at this time. Left a complaint to request a new room as this one was not fit for purpose. No response or correspondence at all. The room with also unclean and the bedding covered in animal hair - bet worrying during a pandemic. Avoid.
