Very professional services and staff.

Check in was easy, except that they require licenses for anyone staying, which is annoying if the are in the car. The physical room was clean i.e. floors, walls, bathroom, but one set of sheets and comforter had red round stains on them, im not a CSI agent so i dont want to identify. They did offer to put new ones on that bed, after i told them about it. The front door at the bottom was not fully shut, when the door was closed, light and crickets were able to get inside. The manager was polite, and the coffee was decent.

Service was sub-standard. Given key card to wrong room. Given wrong directions to the room. A car was parked with two guys in it. I checked several times to make sure nothing happened to my car However, it looks like someone tossed a drink onto the roof of my car and splattered all over my windows.

A bug was crawling on my face and I was a sleep woke up in frantic mode freaking out I’m sad that hotels.com would deal with this type of hotel I’m sad by this I loved using hotels.com and

I don’t know why this hotel still exist. This place is terrible even for a homeless person. You smell going into the room and coming out. Please close this place down.

The room was in need of new bedding as ot had burn holes in the blankets. There were holes in the walls and the tv service kept freezing. Not a very good place to stay.

The front desk clerks were courteous enough but this place needs better security. Was harassed in parking lot immediately upon arriving. Lot needs way better lighting. Mt room had an infestation of insects behind the tv stand. And why is the fridge inside a cabinet??

All I could hear all night was cars

An absolute dump. If we hadn’t arrived so late I would have left. Looked for any available rooms at other motels and they were no vacancies. Couldn’t tell if the stain in the bathtub was rust or blood ( it was rust), there was dirt on the desk area, bathroom fixtures were pitted and the switch on the lamp was broken which is probably a fire hazard.

Old, rundown, cracking uneven walkways, and macadam. Poor drainage after a downpour.
