Just terrible! Everything is out dated and dirty.

Poor customer service. Long wait and staff unfriendly.

There was nothing out of the usual. I was pleased with the service and would defanitly go back again

Couldn’t take hot shower’only less than Luke warm and heat not good either

It was extremely infested with roaches!

Room was horrible, it smelled there was no toilet paper. The shower had mold in it. Burns in the blankets. We stayed for a hour and left

Stay was ok, yet had to be on watch as roaches....having spent thanks giving week end here, roaches would join in and at any time. Cable tv, less than basic so be prepared to not be distracted from the tv, very lack of channels, except news. Shower was warm, yet, my mind was always on when roaches would appear, this being the very negative. Price of the stay suitable, yet roaches, difficult to be at ease. Locale suitable as there are eateries in walking distance, yet had to secure food, NO way to leave even crumbs. Room service daily, and towels clean. If only for the cost, I stayed, I deemed staying for ONE night. This place, suitable for those to travel far, a place to sit and nap, not a vacation spot.

It was terrible from beginning to end. The first room smelled like pee and there was a roach on the wall, we notified the front desk and they switched our room the second room toilet didn’t flush , there was dried up blood on the bathroom wall and door , about 20 minutes into us being in the second room we saw another roach , I would never stay here again !

Their front desk on Saturday morning/afternoon was not professional and unbelievably rude. The maintenance crew doesn’knock before coming in and they are not likely to change. They also didn’t have the breakfast that they advertised. Would like a refund for the horrible experience!!!!!!!!!
