Good price but there are better options for the same money

The owner was a douchebag. In the middle of us cooking food for 50 soles the gas runs out and for some reason they didnt have any backup. The gas store was closed so the food could not be finished. The guy working called the owner who did not seem to care at all and said that it was ”not his problem” even thought it was all hos fault that his kitchen did not work. We tried to get some compensation but he just laughed at us and said that we had already used the room so he could not give us any money back. In reality he was just to cheap to give us money and then he just hung up the phone on us The room also smelled and was very noisy The warm water did not work and the bathrooms were dirty. Also the kitchen overall was in bad condition and nasty. Would bot recommend at all since there are much better places for the same money.

Se comieron uno de los chocolates que dejé en el frigider pero la comida no se le niega a nadie. Bladimir es buena persona pero a veces se entromete demasiado.

Las regaderas dan agua caliente por muy poco tiempo. El dueño podría actualizar el lugar un poco, cambiar la alfombra y algunos muebles.ademsd e que cobra 5 soles adicionales a lo que estipula el precio de Booking.

- very good price for Cusco even with booking fee. - 20 to 25 mins walk to the bus terminal. 15 mins walk to the main plaza. - the owner is pleasant

- It seems people are charged more than the price shown on Booking.com and so was I. They showed me their tablet screen and about 3 USD was additionally charged as booking fee. they should make this clear beforehand - this property can host quite a lot of people but there’s only two shower / bathroom so they can be very crowded especially in the morning. - There are more than enough volunteers but somehow kitchen rubbish is not cleared nor bathroom is cleaned properly.

I stayed for two nights, wanted to leave after first night but tried to see the second night and disappointing, I didnt want to give review for this hostel, but i think it's the right thing to do. firstly, This hostel they don't change the bed sheets when people checked out, i saw them with my own eyes, they just tidy them up, so you will sleep on top of the same sheets that never changed from previous guests. Secondly, don't be fooled with the cheap price you saw online as they will add tax later on. Thirdly, they have kitchen and when you use it the owner's expecting you to put few soles everytime you cook. Lastly, most of the time no hot water for the shower and they will not know what to do about it even though heaps of volunteer and the owner will always be around.
