The employees were friendly and spoke good English. Luggage storage before and after leaving Cusco for the Inca Trail. Room cleaned daily. Walking distance from town.

- Owner did not honour the advertised price, charging me an additional ~$5 USD per night on top of the Booking.com price - No hot water at any point - WiFi did not reach my room

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They even let me have a package delivered to the reception, and everything went smoothly without any problems. The location is very quiet, the room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended!

The volunteers were friendly.

I choose this hostel because it was cheap and had great reviews. When I arrived they told me I need to pay more then on booking agreed. The owner tried to tell me some bullshit that it is because of the exchange rate on booking and was laughing how I can think I could sleep that cheap somewhere. Well, the question would be: Why is he offering a price on booking that he is not willing to accept? Anyhow after some discussion he let me go my way. At the end I found a 2 people, private room for the same price as his 8-bedroom dorm just around the corner and the owner there was more then happy to host us. The secret garden hostel itself is a small old hostel, it has everything but don't expect any fancy things.

הבעל הוסטל אינו נעים וניסה לחייב אותנו יותר ממה שנקבע ומים במקלחת לא עובדים כאשר שתי המקלחות בשימוש

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca del centro histórico ideal cuando contratas tour para que te recojan en la entrada del hostal. El dueño y los voluntarios muy amables.

El aseo del baño, que no es culpa del hostal el si, pues es compartido, pero podrían promover que quienes lo usen lo dejen limpio.
