Muy bien ubicado, pude ducharme al regresar del tour a la montaña y me guardaron los equipajes.

Todo me gustó.

Tienen una enorme predisposición. Me gustó mucho alojarme allí. Me sentí segura y como en casa. Además su personal es muy atento y agradable.

Todo el personal muy amable y el dueño también, te orientan en todo lo que uno necesita. Está muy cerca de la parada para ir a Ollantaitambo y también queda cerca del la avenida principal que llega a la Plaza de Armas.

This is the worst hostel/guesthouse I had stayed in my 2 months South America trip. I only stayed here for a night and that's the smart decision I made. I was locked outside of the hostel for at least 20 minutes on Christmas Eve night because the lady couldn't find the key, I was freezed and cold outside, alone, in midnight Cusco, I understand she didn't do it on purpose. However, when I mentioned this situation to the owner, he just laughed about it and didn't apologise at all. Pity, booking.com has no 0 point, otherwise I wouldn't give 1. BTW, this hostel tried to charge more for currency excuse- this is the only hostel I would have to pay more than Booking.com showed me in South America. Do remember to get receipt when paying, otherwise they will pretend they didn't get it because all the staffs are quite unprofessional.

Located near plaza regacio and all important markets,all tours starts nearby,money exchange very near.
