staff wasn’t very helpful They kept bothering us in the room that the fire detector kept going off when there was no fire, but I kept happening in a different rooms.

I liked everything about this place especially being family friendly.

I’ve stayed twice at the Ace and the staff is ALWAYS super nice. From front desk, dining servers, pool servers and security. Very comfortable beds and pillows and yummy food.

This hotel best days are behind it. No one picks up the phone to room service. No itemized bill on check out. AND, received $350 smoking charge (WHEN I DON'T SMOKE) no help or explanation on this. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Perfect. Big enough to feel like a party. Small enough to make new friends.

Loved this hotel, the vibe, the layout (either by the pool and music or away tucked in the back). The pool was nice, clean, plenty of seating, great bar and service. All around great giving you a chic desert style feel from the past. The rooms make you feel like you’re glamping with the way they are decorated which was cool.
