Amazing staff and amenities

pool set up was lovely, rooms super comfortable with excellent air con. Restaurant was great but expensive. All in all, very relaxing visit

The pool could use some maintenance. There was a ring around the entire pool. The room was nice but the fireplace didn’t work (not a big deal given the time of year). However, we did pay a premium for the patio that included a fire place. The DJs at the pool could have played more of a variety of music since the pool party was a selling point. Food was amazing at the restaurant on the property. The loungers and cabanas were very nice and most were free. Overall the place was pleasing.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Marty helped us at check-in and had great recommendations for eatery and other fun things to do. He continued attending to us throughout our stay. The pool DJ was fun.

The neighborhood next to us yelled, screamed and slammed doors all night until 0600. I contacted the front desk and was told it would be handled.. It never was…

Amazing!!

This place is a really good time! It’s a hotel to hit in Palm Springs if you want a really great pool vibe and mostly adult environment. The drinks are good. The DJ on the weekend is usually an awesome touch, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that would make this hotel better is if it was an adult only, not because I don’t love children, but because sometimes mama wants to get away from her own and other people’s !

Stayed a couple of nights for a friends wedding. It's a standard mid-century motel that has been updated and beefed up to be higher end and is very nice. We really liked the bars and eatery there as well as the pools. However, there was a lot of construction going on and the hot tub and other areas were closed off but because of this we got half off of our stay which was great. A good time was had by all.

This hotel is not for normal people, it's an absolute freak show
