Ace Hotel and Swim Club

We LOVED our 4th of july stay at ACE. The room is super clean and beautifully decorated, definitely unique and different. The pool is SO FUN! The bars and the whole vibe of the hotel is just soooo fun! Perfect little weekend getaway

Nous avons aimé notre séjour. Un peu déçu car il n’y a pas de cafetière dans la chambre. Sinon les lits sont confortables le personnel est sympathique et les chambres et le site très propres. Un peu cher pour ce que c’est mais très bien je recommande!

The following concerns arose during my stay: 1. Unsanitary Room Conditions: The room provided after a more than 2 hour delay was unclean and poorly maintained. Blood stained linens, dirty bathroom, foul odor, malfunctioning amenities. These conditions posed a health concern and were far below any acceptable standard for hospitality. ( Ex. Second Hand smoke rising from the room all night. ) 2. No On-Site Management or Support: When attempting to report these issues, I was informed that no manager was available on-site. This lack of immediate assistance left us without resolution and reflected poor oversight and guest support. 3. Inappropriate Behavior Around Children: During our stay, there were incidents of inappropriate or disturbing behavior occurring in public areas of the hotel, in view of minors, especially my 6 yr old daughter who is now traumatized. This created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for my family. This is not a friendly family environment as advertised. in hotel property grounds were unreasonably loud and especially due to parties, animals and late-night shady gatherings. 4. Alcohol Service Around Minors: Alcoholic beverages were being openly served and consumed in areas accessible to children without any separation or supervision. This raises concerns about both safety and potential legal non-compliance. ( Ex. There was a situation in the main pool area where a drunk man offered my daughter a glass of alcohol and slipped on the edge of the pool and

Always love staying at Ace! The staff always goes above and beyond to accommodate you. The newly updated bar is amazing. Can't wait to come back!

I have been making a trip to Palm Springs, specifically the Ace, every summer for several years now. Like every nice hotel here, it is pricier than it needs to be, but it is what it is, and I have always really loved the experience. Until this stay. We stayed for 3 nights, and the first day was perfect. We were having a great time. Only to be woken up on the second day by literal jackhammers immediately outside of our patio (see attached pic of our POV). Half of the pool deck had turned into a construction zone overnight. Not only is it right in front of our room, we couldn't even escape the noise at the pool because that is where the work is being done. Nightmare. So me and everyone else that was staying there came to the front desk to complain, and the staff was very rude, played it off like it wasn’t a big deal, and said that there was “no way of knowing it was going to happen.” Since when do people have major construction happen with absolutely no prior knowledge of it? After a LOT of discussion, they gave us all refunds of the resort fees for the stay (a 15% discount to hear jackhammers all day). Besides the price tag, the way we were treated by the hotel staff was the most disappointing. It sucks as someone who genuinely looks forward to coming here all year to not have any warning whatsoever about potential construction and then be treated with such disrespect when the issue is brought up. Customer service needs drastic improvement if they want anyone returning.

Great value, tons of fun for a solo traveler who wants to hang out and have privacy. Great vibe at the pool - welcoming and not too intense of a party scene. Best night sleep I've had in months, especially after swimming in both pools for a few hours. Quiet, comfy and clean.
