Clean and minimal hotel, so many food places around the propery and is close to downtown. The pool was nice and played great music.

Gates and fences limit access to areas like pools and feel confining. Some spots seem in disrepair

No room service during our stay. The amenities are very limited

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. If by the pool, the soundproofing isn’t very good and the music is loud but still an enjoyable stay.

Absolutely Disgusted – Fraudulent Charges and Zero Accountability I stayed at the ACE Hotel with my sister for one night only (Friday, May 30th to Saturday, May 31st) to celebrate my pregnancy. We were excited for a short and relaxing stay, but the experience turned into a complete nightmare. First, the room smelled strongly of mold, but since we were there for just one night and barely spent time in the room, we chose not to complain. However, the real shock came days later when we discovered three charges of $350 EACH on our credit card — totaling over $1,000. When we called the hotel to understand these outrageous charges, we were put on hold for over 15 minutes only to be told that they “detected smoke” in the room. What?! I am pregnant! I do not smoke, nor does my sister. There was absolutely no smoking, no candles, no incense, nothing. This is completely false and absolutely impossible. We’ve now called six times and each time we’re bounced around, repeatedly denied a conversation with a manager named Luciana. Eventually, someone admitted over the phone that “a lot of people are complaining” about similar wrongful charges — and sure enough, when we looked online, we found multiple reviews from other guests claiming the exact same thing: being charged $350+ for phantom smoke detection and being ignored by hotel management afterward. This is fraud. This is unethical. And frankly, this feels like a deliberate scam to steal money from guests after checkout, assuming they won’t fight back. We are disputing these charges with our bank and escalating this further. I am writing this review not just out of frustration, but as a warning: Do NOT stay at this hotel. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and blatantly scamming innocent guests. Shame on ACE Hotel for taking advantage of people — especially women celebrating a pregnancy and just looking for a peaceful stay. If the money is not reimbursed in 24 hours, this is going on Tiktok too!

Very cool place! DJs at the pool so good! Very friendly staff especially the gals at front desk! Love the TESLA charging for free! We will be back!

Location...hotel and grounds were nice but too crowded and loud

My team and I came here for a production shoot outside of Palm Springs. The Check In process was okay, but when it came to checking out there were loads of problems. Random charges that we didn't have, and we were over charged multiple nights, over $1500 worth. When I called the front desk no one could help us get the overcharges off no one was able to figure it out. We had to call our credit card company to fight the charges. Overall, maybe it's good if you only have one room, but if you're booking multiple be wary...

The ace definitely needs a face lift! the rooms feel dated and dirty. our room needed a deep cleaning but luckily we weren't in the room very long. There was also a pool party that guests coulnt go to so we were stuck at the kiddy pool...Basically we spent the weekend at other pools and not where we stayed so it was vert inconvenient.

The room was good. But they didn’t clean it unless you request it. And they had a pool party during our stay that required an entrance fee to use which we thought was unfair to paying hotel guests.
