Convenient location and very comfortable for a family of 4. Liz very helpful.

Nothing significant. Struggled to open some bedroom windows which was required given the heat. Would be useful to have egg cups. Knives need sharpening and bread knife needs upgrading.

The check-in was seamless. Although we were slightly later than anticipated, Liz left clear instructions re: getting access to the property and parking. The house has everything you need for a stay, so you won't need to bring anything extra (ie washing liquid, dishwashing capsules, toiletries etc). There is even a collection of books to choose from. The property was conveniently located, so you won't need your car to get around the town. There are restaurants/cafes/takeaway/supermarket within walking distance. We had a pleasant stay at this house.

Elizabeth is the perfect host and the property is just gorgeous. A beautifully restored 1851 townhouse that has everything you need to feel like you are in a home away from home. It’s central to town. There was milk in the fridge, tea and coffee, a lovely cream tea, as well as bathroom supplies. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Large, comfortable en suite bedrooms and very clean.

The noise of passing traffic as I live in a cul-de-sac.

Lovely stone house in a great location, very clean and tidy and a lovely surprise of scones,jam & clotted cream awaited us as well as milk & tea, very thoughtful

Nothing to complain about, only slight niggle was shower which we found impossible to get right temperature although no problem as there were 3 others to use
