USI Booked a room with them last night in Garden City. When I seen the night clerk, he informed me they had no rooms. I told him I have confirmation he wouldn't put it in, I asked for the Manager and he said no. How the hell hasn't a refund been issued to me? I reached out to booking.com and it's been 24 hrs, NOTHING!! Someone needs to see this and return my money. I was denied a room and Country Inn plz return my money
Room was clean, but unable to close the curtain due to being off the track. Would recommend a bath mat in the tub to prevent fall and slipping. Forgot my Bible. Would have been nice to have one in the room.

The bed was not the most comfortable.
Door was broken and commodes wouldn’t flush and probably was not maintained very well and water was on the carpet in the room
