Not clean
For some reason it was a mistake in my reservation and they took money for three nights instead of one
Room was very clean and the temperature of the room was perfect. We were in GC in June and the hotel we stayed at the AC made the room feel humid and musty.
Staff was friendly but hotel needs some upkeep and room was dirty.
USI was very happy with everything.
I will said Swimming pool was not available and room was okay..
USPool was out of order and elevator was out of service next door were so loud and tv wasn’t working
USRobert was very helpful and personable.
The bathtub was dirty and held water which was there when we checked in. The tv didn't work properly. The hotel had a dingy smell to it. Although the elevator worked, it sounded like it was going to fall at any moment.
Its was an older hotel! And it’s smelled! Not very cleaned!
