USUSRoom smelled musty and like someone had been smoking and was damp. The first room I was given had a guest in it already and the second was smelly and uncomfortable. My sister checked in after me and had the same experience with someone being in the first room she was given.
Mattress was uncomfortable, room smelled (see above) I’ve been ignored now time again trying to get my refund. I keep getting the runaround and nobody for management ever calls me back or return to my emails.

The beds were really firm, clean but not very comfortable. The air conditioner did not get the room cold. It was ok but not cold. The pool and hot tub were unavailable.

Bed was hard, desk chair was in ruins, toilet ruins water constantly & bathroom overall needs maintenance. Hotel is overpriced.
Our door did not properly lock - you could push the door open unless it was deadbolted. There was a pet odor. It seemed loud from outside noise overnight. Because we arrived late evening, we didn’t open the curtain until morning. The reason it was so loud was because the window was WIDE OPEN.
Old interior. Bathroom counter falling down. Bathtub rust spots. Needs updating. It was a mid range priced hotel in the area. Hampton was nicer but twice the price. Get what you pay for I guess.
The front desk personnel was very friendly and courteous. Rooms were very clean and nice comfortable beds.
GBUSOf all the big name hotels on this 4 night road trip, this was by far the cleanest property and least run down.
