Black make up on towel so my 109 deposit was kept staff completely unprofessional

Quiet, clean room, good breakfast options. Older building that needs some cosmetic work, though.

It was fine

Arrived and checked in but could t inspect room at that time. Returned at night and got into room- disgusting. Smell, hair, dirt, lock on slider door did not work, stains on mattress concerning for bugs. Went to front desk to request refund and leave. Front desk couldn’t do anything- called to manager on phone and she was rude and told me to leave property or she was calling the police because I was being rude. Refused refund. Hotels.com no help in refund because I paid on site. Have complaint in with corporate Wyndham. Believe the recent reviews- do not book here if you don’t want to feel unsafe, disgusting, and/or value customer service. This is a privately owned place just using the Wyndham name.

The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly. We liked how the room was set up with one bedroom and a loft. We also had two bathrooms, which was nice.

The property is rundown. When we were walking to our room, we saw another room’s window with a curtain that was full of flies. Our room was very dated and did not feel clean, especially the bathtubs. There were white stains on the couch and the bedroom door was coming off It’s hinges making it difficult to even close. The tile in the bathroom was coming apart, and I scraped my foot against a piece that was broken.

Breakfast was limited, but my family enjoyed the fresh waffle maker. Rooms were dirty. Linens and towels were stained.

The location was fine

The property was outdated. Putting a coat of paint on cabinets and trim doesn’t fix the issue. I had to switch rooms and still wasn’t up to par. Both rooms had an unbearable smell. Had to cancel once I arrived. Also, too many individuals hanging out in the parking lot. A safety concern for me.
