Watermouth Lodges

The place was amazing, wish we had booked to stay longer. Will definitely be booking to stay again.

Basic accommodation quite small need a car to get about.

It was great nice little playpark for the kids good food at the restaurant clean apartments which well kitted out walls are paper thin though all in all an enjoyable stay

The cabins were clean and modern and mostly equipped well. The only issue was they are very close together and not very private. Internet and phone connection is none existant. You could get wifi in reception/bar area but we couldnt get it anywhere else on site, very poor. Situated in a nice area for walking and a nice little harbour with coffee boat within walking distance.

location of site excellent for exploring north devon, views from the site looking over Watermouth Bay and Bristol Channel excellent, lodge very clean and comfortable, and all staff very will versed on Covid regulations felt very safe.

Really clean and staff went above and beyond to provide a personal service in line with the COVID guidelines. However the appliances were a little outdated

We stayed for 5 nights as were looking at N. Devon and potential properties to buy. The resort was in a great location with lovely views and we (inc our dog) enjoyed staying in a lodge for the first time. The accommodation was okay with lots of hot water (too hot at times) and heating (towel rail didn’t work) but needs modernising ( inc internet access) which we were told is going to happen. The restaurant was good and the staff v. friendly and helpful. However, the website needs updating as we managed to be double booked for the week before and also we were expecting a sea view which was a bit disappointing. All in all a nice trip though.
